16/20 Бледно-золотой чистый цвет. Ароматика довольна интенсивная и комплексная: лимонная цедра, желтое яблоко, тонкий аромат ванили и масла. Во вкусе уверенная кислотность - выше среднего, округлое маслянистое тело. Тут доминируют цедра цитрусовых и айва, хрустящее желтое яблоко. Долгий финиш.
Как итог: прекрасный баланс кислотности и тела. Нежная ванильно-сливочная ароматика сочетается с гастрономичной кислотностью во вкусе. Вину 4 года, оно очень живое, и будет таким ещё несколько лет.

Aug 16th, 2023Wow. This is fantastic right now. Intense nose of meyer lemon, vanilla cream, sweet lime. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lovely density, meyer lemon, lime, soft crushed stone. Intense and primary, but so impressive.

Nov 18th, 2022Pop and pour. On the nose: lemon, lychee, lovely minerality and soft vanilla and ginger. On the palate: fantastic acidity. wet stone, lemon oil, candied ginger. and good weight on a long, tangy, juicy finish. Fantastic.

Jan 13th, 2022Pop and pour, notes from 2 hrs open. On the nose: soft honey, lemon oil, dark earth and slate. tangy notes, fantastic intensity. On the palate: excellent acidity, wet stone, lemon oil, soft vanilla custard. Good density, but I feel like the 17 was better on that count. Very good, but perhaps a stride behind the '17.
