I was loth to open this so early, but so worth it. Candied ginger, vanilla, lemon oil, sweet tangerine, floral perfume, so aromatically complex. On the palate, fantastic acidity, more lemon oil, tangerine oil, pickled ginger, cardamom, off the charts density, and a fantastic finish, showing some white pepper and then building juiciness.

On the nose: lemon, lemon oil, dense crushed stone, soft vanilla, and a creamy note that builds with air. On the palate: fantastic acidity...just so elegant. Dense, slathered in minerality, and meyer lemon on the finish. Wow.
