A new one to me. Nose is very generous with blackberry, blackberry liqueur, spice, flowers and more. Really giving and generous. But under all those flowers and blackberry is a firm background of granite. Palate is terrific. Young, grapey and fresh with nice finesse and terrific olive and game flavors. Very savory. Very fresh but finishes so stoney and granitic. Really a very pretty nose. Blueberry now coming through. So sappy and fresh. Needs to open but this is wonderful. So juicy and just teeming with energy and so much olive and game. One of the most savory Cornas I have ever had and really approachable. Wow with air the nose became elite. Flowers and spice galore. Olive. Wild mint. So fragrant. Unreal. 9.8 nose out of nowhere. Crazy granite. What a perfume. Palate is ultra sleek, concentrated and super pure. Fresh, dense, alive and explosive. Really great stuff here. This is a 9.7 and one of the greatest new Cornas I have tasted.
