Hmmm... so this is what happens when a new winemaker takes over from a legend -a legend who's widow maintained everything in its exactitude after his passing for over a decade. Now, it seems fragile and disjointed and obviously youthful. Hopefully it will one day become something incredible again. Proof it's not just the soil and vines that makes phenomenal wines.

Elegant and rich apple-flavored Chardonnay. Delicious and the best Pouilly-Fuisse I have had. It also has a great nutty flavor. No butter or toast flavors. Very clean and bright.

This is a fancy white for people who like red but not Chardonnay (I love Chard but my dining partner does not). It's almost crisp 🤗 and not buttery at all. It's a full bodied juice-led drop that you should let someone else pay for 🤘🏾
