Big, bold, lush black fruit. Tasty when you want something on the jammy side.

Interesting wine. Smelled of black fruits and e.a. on the nose, but was quite light and vinous in the palate. Over time the tannin and acidic side became more pronounced. The structure suggests that it needs more time, but I fear that it might not live to get to that point.

Tannic and high alcohol, with a dark fruit nose, but somehow light on the palate, with cherry and balsa wood dominating.

One of my favorite wines that no one's ever heard of. Firm and masculine, but not rough around the edges. Lots of earthy old world funk, moderate grip, and dark, sultry fruit with a big scoop of smoky forest fire. Under $20 and boss for more than just wine geeks.

Smells like wine. Looks like grape juice. Tastes like fermented grapes.
