Pure ambrosia, a lovely match for a rich Mughal dish. Honeydew melon, starfruit, grapefruit pith, bitter almond, muted acidity. 😍😍😍

A lot richer on the nose and palate than the straight moelleux, this has a deeper golden colour and bigger profile. The oak is fairly prominent right now, but is fine and delicious. This rocks and will be great to open over the years.
