Faint notes of ginger snaps, some orange but fresh rather than dried, dried brown herbs and fruit cake, smoky honey. In the mouth this is seems over the hill but there is still acidity and the fruit tastes relatively fresh given it's age. Acid really comes back round on the finish giving bitter citrus, lime dominant but then also smoky honey and garden soil
