Oyster shells, pears, minerals. So I re tasted. Bright and floral. Lots of flavors.

Delicate, dry. Moderate aroma. A touch muted.

Aromatic petrol mineral tones. As we close our eyes and sniff we recall beach balls on the sand. Nutty and leaning towards a mild oxidative character. Waxy texture. Either I'm on high acid or this girl is. Either way, sipping and savoring.
