Perhaps a little more drive than le mont but the nose is more expressive than the palate. As usual here, nose is deceptively sweet with a faint botrytis note. Palate didn't disappoint and opened a little over the course of a 3 hour dinner. Still, not exactly opulent. Paired well with two Berkshire pork dishes and a halibut course. Showing well.
