Roasted almonds, aged apple cider and aged Chenin Blanc, clearly. Bubble display and palate presence was pretty flat, perhaps not the best example. But paired well with salmon and porchini mushroom risotto with roasted almonds.

Roasted almonds, aged apple cider, aged Chenin Blanc, not that lively of a bubble display or on the palate. But really nice with salmon and pochini mushroom risotto with roasted almonds.
