Bright,, light. Pretty simple but a nice aperitif.

A dry very, bright acidity, light straw colour white wine from Provence comprised of uncommon Clairette and Grolleau grapes. The nose is a bit funky right off the bat and then gets fruity with melon, green apple and crushed gravel. The palate is unctuous with lemon pear and grapefruit flavours. Delicious and an excellent value for $18.00.

As good as rose gets. A perfect Provence light with some minerality and some not sweetness but a fruit essence.

Big bacon nose with floral honey front mouth affect quickly going mineral for a clean but lingering finish of flowers & white grapes. Enjoying this fine yet affordable wine with manchego and niçoise-coquillo olives, at PromiseLand Market, in Morehead City, NC...
