Pop and pour. About 2.5 yrs since my last.btl (where I said drink up). On the nose: whole cluster green, cola, herbs, Gevrey earth, lovely complexity. On the palate: excellent acidity, soft cola, green herbs...attenuated tamnin on the finish. Clear evolution from the last btl, but if this is representative, I worry this will be oxidized tomorrow.

Unfortunately my last btl. Classic Gevrey with dark cherry fruits, meat, iron, dried herbs and spice. Like the verve and mineral spine this showed.
