Cinnamon is making lamb shanks and I just started reading Mr. Curtis' new book, so it had to be Burgundy tonight. The quote from Claude Arnoux, from 1728, "all the lords who prefer healthful drinks to dainty ones order wines from the Cote de Nuits for their table" made me reach for this Gouges.
