Montrachet Grand Cru Chardonnay

This is still young and quite primary, but very luxurious. A dense nose of honeyed floral notes, wet limestone. Intense on the palate, very broad, very detailed, and very long. Delicious. Many years ahead.

Closed wine, incredible debt, wood not fully integrated, white peaches. Lots of acidity. Don’t drink now.

Clean structured balanced albeit not the laser focus of some of the top top producers but this mag was hard to put down

Some butterscotch notes from the oak balanced by powerful fruit on the palate. A big wine with a big future. Bottom line....Delicious!
