Fully mature, needs decanting and time. Lots of white fruit and flowers. More powerful than expected. Can offset some very strong food tastes. Excellent effort for a 2011.

Needed about 15-20mins to start to really open up and show the complexity of the citrus fruit, minerality. Understated acidity that displayed the fruit. Great structure that allowed it to stand up to various dishes that were served.
