Wow, quite the wine to taste next to their Jaspe. Waxy, wild, floral, exotic fruit, with a weighted, silky, buttery finish. Unbelievably pure and luscious, the pollen like spices take me straight to the region that this is made.

Unknown to me and just found in stash. Looks like a 500 ml but label says 750ml. Not sure if this is correct vs Clariette Ugni Blanc out the same. Just showing oxidation but an interesting almost waxy and complex profile. Great with the sea bass.

2nd time around for the 08. honeyed and golden. a little bit waxy. a lot of wilted flowers. provence herbs. fennel. not quite delicious any more but fun to try.

Feb 19th, 2021found a $31 bottle of 11 year old hauvette blanc so took a flier on it. drinking wonderfully! very provence flavor profile, sage, fennel, lemon rind, floral. really fun and unique bottle. happy i found this one.
