May 8th, 2018Minuscule production & bought last two bottles at my wine store- a real gem: very long & persistent, a minerality that feels tightly wound, though accessible & relaxes (a bit)in sec mode. And that color! Preserved lemon & that lanolin, chenin blanc thing. One of the more memorable chenin blancs of recent memory. Higher end cuvees too by this maker. Went beautifully w roasted chicken & salad. Becky Wasserstein imports- there s one sign of its pedigree.

I've yet to experience a bottle of Chenin that doesn't get get better and better with age. This wine is no exception. Mouth watering acidity. The saltiest peaches and lemons. Lanolin. Beautiful and delicious. Can't wait to check back in on this in 10-15 years.
