My second time rating this Wine lol but this time with much more age: it has a lot going on! Classic Chenin on nose & palate: sun warmed, straw, Parmesan, bruised Apple, lemon zest, and of course, loads of acid & minerality!

This wasn’t the wine’s fault, but I wanted it to be fuller and lustier than it was sold to me as. Great typicity, very pretty and mineraled.

Minuscule production & bought last two bottles at my wine store- a real gem: very long & persistent, a minerality that feels tightly wound, though accessible & relaxes (a bit)in sec mode. And that color! Preserved lemon & that lanolin, chenin blanc thing. One of the more memorable chenin blancs of recent memory. Higher end cuvees too by this maker. Went beautifully w roasted chicken & salad. Becky Wasserstein imports- there s one sign of its pedigree.
