WSET3 post-exam celebration wine. I should’ve opened this 4 hours before dinner. Delicious cherry-cola tea leaf notes with characteristic Cab Franc green flavors... but balanced. Not over-oaked, bright acidity, beautiful food wine. Drinking nicely with some air.
