Typical SB, pale with green edges, fruit and citrus aromas. On the palate peach and sweet grapefruit flavors, light spice, vivid acidity on medium finish. Drink now. Tasting Sample.

Lots of grapefruit, lemon, a little apple and hint of mineral. Light bodied and refreshing.

Really interesting if nothing else. Smells of bananas foster, banana cream pie, and apricot puree. Some acidity holding on, but I think this bottle has seen better days - probably something you want to drink really fresh. I would never have guessed sauvignon blanc.

Really solid offering at a good price. Bursting with tropical fruit, similar to NZ, but streaked with minerality and not popping with as much acidity. This feels like a new take on an old French favorite.

Melon, balanced, nice body, a touch more alcohol flavor than you'd expect
