I’m much higher than Josh Raynolds on this. Soaring nose. Stunning blend of game, flowers, and more flowers, like violet and pastille as well. Amazing purity. The nose is really what it is all about. Just stunning. True ZOMG nose. Granite as well. Palate is structured and very juicy with stunning freshness and purity. Wow. An amazing mouthfeel and such length and texture. Really coats the palate. Stunning richness and decadence. Amazing balance. This is absolutely outrageous.

Nose: lilacs. Hint of game.

Palate: very fresh. Juicy cherries. Hint of licorice. Still young.

Needs a decant.

Honestly I need to grab more Côte rotie. The right ones are super Burgundian and much less scratch.
