Medium ruby, frothy mousse; medium intensity aromas of red apple, apple skin, overripe raspberry, Bosc pear skin; medium sweet, medium acid, medium plus dry tannins, low alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, glad I tried this unique wine, but not to my taste

Earthy red fruit with big notes of black pepper. Fantastic.

Nose is raspberry at first but quickly becomes cedar and smoky. Really interesting taste, at once mineral-y and light. Very complex

Lots of mineral flavors, crisp and yummy.
