Raspberry fruit leather, tart plums- such lively acids, gentle tannins, electricity + ultimate balance. Pretty much perfect food wine.

A nice little Sciaccarellu for my Friday night tuna steak aux Indian spices et garden salad. Certainly on the riper side, but with a little chill it goes down quite effortlessly. Rather delicious in fact: an array of maquis herbs, exuberant fruit...an excellent match to a not-so-evident dish.
