This is Rich Chablis but then again it is a 2015 vintage ... lots of pommaceous fruit and hay And of course Crushed rocks in the background. Really beautiful and would age well!

Wow. What a wine! Sick nose. Jellied apples, flint, minerals. Ripe, juicy and generous. Long, appealingly ripe and bitter. Love this style.
