Domaine Génot-Boulanger
Vieilles Vignes Pommard Pinot Noir

Not really Burgundy like! Upon opening tasted more like a Sonoma Coast or Russian River Pinot. Atypic-all! Therefore I cannot rate this high. Was quite ripe upon opening. Strawberry mostly. Now 18h later OK but flattening out.

Strawberry and black cherry, black licorice, med body, med acid, very fine tannin. Lovely 🥰

Nov 20th, 2022Lovely stuff. Great accompaniment to escargot and duck. Reasonably straightforward drinking but delicious.

May 29th, 2022Never a bad idea to drink Domaine Genot-Boulanger. This Old Vines Pommard delivers the goods with a bright entry, smooth mid-palate and dry finish. Great value!
