Very interesting blend of Macabeo and Muscat. Floral, rich, honeyed, and stone fruity, but without being cloying, and dry. Was delicious paired with lemon-rind grilled halibut over couscous. Would love to try an aged one.

I’m a huge fan of Maccabeu/Viura and wish more winemakers worked with it. Medium bodied with an herby olive oil component, salted lemon, and some apricot.Great weeknight wine to go with simple food.
