May 20th, 2018Caught this just before the precipice. Cherry pit, wet clay, and damp cinder block. Salty and savory with some secondary cacao nibs. Surprisingly still has some grip, but it won't last long. Distinctive, but notably natural.

Oct 28th, 2014Game and garrigue attack the nose initially but quickly gives way to very ripe, almost fermented cherry. The palate is savory with firm tannins and rosemary/garrigue notes. I admire the sturdy fruit. Decanted for an hour.
