My first Rav... I am very familiar with MdT and rate it highly but had not explored the finer end of the spectrum. Quality of the maker really shines through - refined, basic elements give way to an overall much crisper, shelly and mineral expression - epitome of Chablis. Time in glass produced the characteristic waxy notes.
