Jul 30th, 2017When you get the call saying the fresh Alaskan king crab has arrived by air you can't let jet lag stop you! This 2010 was very rich and showed more oak than the 2012 Follatieres that I drank in Burgundy last week, but was excellent with the crab. The food snapped this big boy into focus and brought out some lime like zip.

Jun 20th, 2015From a restaurant in Puligny-Montrachet, popped and poured. Lt gold in the glass, subtle fragrance of honeysuckle, pit fruit and a little vanilla in the nose. Rich and nicely structured in the mouth. Great finish. Good showing.
