Les Petits Vougeots Vieille Vigne Vougeot 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Rocking tonight. Dill and red cherry. Open and drinking well.

2007. Strawberry and raspberry on the nose with a hint of spice. The palate is full of plum and raspberry notes with a long lingering finish. Tannins are refined but give a good structure to this somewhat young wine.

Peperry. Probably could age another 5-10 years to open up. I love.

Beautiful cherry color with slight mature edge. Abundant cranberry, red raspberry, and secondary:tertiary decay into earthy-mulch, and soy. Quite a lovely wine.

Light acid, ripe berry fruit. Very agreeable.
