Chablis Chardonnay

Good everyday Chablis.

Good clean no oak with good length and fresh acidity

Aroma 3.5/5 - rich / Chardonnay traditional. Taste 3/5 - rich / werthers but fell off on the back end . Maybe needs to age?

Pleasant. Crisp. No oak because it’s Chablis. Pear and nectarines on the nose.

Drack till Pasta Alfredo med Chicken Milanese, passade bra till och var gott även efteråt, för sig självt.

Purchased for 11Euros in supermarche in Arromanche France. Clean, sharp, typical of a Chablis ie no oak. 2018 vintage, but not sure it would change much with age?! High alcohol content 13.5% which is noted in aftertaste. Drink with food rather than on own.

2010 Vintage. 12.5% Alcohol. Lovely Chablis. Citrus with stones and good acidity.

2008 Vintage.13% Alcohol. Off bottle or gone.

Wonderfully crisp, fruit forward Chablis

Light on the nose but lovely rounded flavour with a slight hint of time in oak. Subtle toasted flavour.
