Good clean no oak with good length and fresh acidity — 10 years ago
This wine shows very well how 2008 is a classic chablis vintage; lot of tension, reduced aromas of stones, minerality, a cristal clear structure... That is a great white wine — 8 years ago
This one has a greenish tint and an absolutely amazing minerality on the nose - wet rocks, limes, seashore - it’s beautiful. The same goes for the palate: minerals, minerals, minerals. There is a Meyer lemon note at mid-palate that goes right through the finish. This is a lean Chardonnay, and one that will hit the right notes with oysters

2007 Vintage. 13% Alcohol. Still hanging in with good acidity, limestone, citrus notes. Better as it warmed and opened in the glass. — 5 years ago
