Feb 27th, 2015Gorgeous! Wow. First Gagnard Clos des Chenes I've had and although AM has it showing as 2018 start time I have to say it's stunning right now. Very precise tannins. Lots of length and the typical Volnay nose. Almost like drinking a cocktail of limestone and fresh bing cherries. Plenty of lively acidity as well. Buy it!

Need to wait for 1.5 hours. Not only dried old leaves but also a bit smooth texture. Complexity. Most tanning has already been melted. 2011 @2450, Kping - , 220325-221014
