Feb 18th, 20222012. I know this app is called "Delectable," but this was not delectable. Ripe, but overextracted, scorched, and clumsy. Parker's guys might like it. I've had other wines from the domaine that I've liked, but avoid this one.

Jul 18th, 2015Value Côtes du Rhône is something I can't seem to tire of. This is a villages level blend with superb minerality and herbal character without getting to bitey or cloying. The nose opens with dark flowers, deep cherry, and root vegetables, followed by a rich spicy palate of wet earth, herbal tincture, and an almost gamey depth. The finish is spicy and tart. This wasn't my favorite overall but delivered for what I paid.

Mar 10th, 2021Tom. Do u hate it because of p. Cambie? It is overexteacted. A rhone syrah trying to b an Aussie Shiraz. But a 6.9? Tough.

Jul 29th, 2015Big. Lots of Syrah, good fruit, then cigar box. Well balanced. Very good.

Jul 17th, 2015Light burgundy, Red cherries and violets on the nose. Tangy red berries on the palate, cherry pits, sage, French toasted oak, long finish. I was expecting more from this popular French wine.
