Vintage 2012 / very classic true to type #saintestephe with earthy and mineral tones in smell, as well as red summerfruit and cedar. Gave it an hour in the decanter and afterwards the taste is smooth, juicy and very quaffable. Rich wine with noble characteristics. #bordeaux Paired it with entrecôte and later with gruyère cheese.
