Thick texture, long finish. Herbal nose, maybe thyme? A little tight and green, and while not serious it wanted to hold your attention. Acid emerged slowly and recalled preserved lemon.

100% Verdesse, an extremely rare wine, only four hectares exist in the world. Medium body, golden color. Subdued notes of apricot, honey, hint of vanilla. Would easily mistake this for a Condrieu. Really excellent.
