Black olives, a little smokey, and some blood. Tasting good wine with good friends.

Love this. Classic beautiful northern rhone. Red and black fruits, subtle olive, great acid.

I'm really into this. Not underrated, per se, but the estate doesn't get the love it deserves. Textbook, but also excitingly vibrant and dynamic. The Brett will be too much for some.

Besides the obligatory cracked pepper, blue and black bramble fruits in spades! A bit of soy and Worcestershire sauce in a fig reduction as a marinade for meats. Intensely perfumed, yet subtle on tannins and acidity. Could use more structure.

Interesting. Not your typical flavor profiles necessarily. Still a bit closed but great potential after a few years in the cellar
