Faury's 2016 Condrieu is bone dry and a leaner expression of the appellation than some of its peers. Lithe flavors of jasmine, cherry blossom, bergamot, white pepper, and thyme prove completely enchanting. A welcome change of pace from some of the more high octane Condrieus out there.

Starts out super aromatic, over the top intensity of stone fruit, white flowers, marble, just a touch of vanilla in the background. On the palate viscosity strikes first, with fruit stepping back, some phenolics bitterness and a mouth-coating finish
