Sunday night roast chicken is a special occasion every time. This tight Blagny has many good years ahead of it, and offers up more crunchy, raspberry fruit and zip now, but I believe it can develop savor later. It was a small bottle!

2022/5/22&24. Round and spicy on day 1, with some richness on the nose; the palate has some juice but is somewhat we lighter than the nose might suggest. 48 hours later, it’s shed the fat and is leaner and more angular.
