1 hr slow ox. Some dissolved CO_2. Oak spice, vanilla, strawberry, but still some cruchy red fruit. On the palate: good acidity, ok density, effervescent crackle, sour cherry, short finish. Ok, maybe my last btl was better.

Decent base-line Pinot Noir from 2 parcels in Meursault and Pommard. Unripe cherry, red plum, spices and earthy hints. Fruit-forward palate, it is still green, so better to hide it for few years, I think it will be beautiful.
