Hmm. Pours a peculiar grayish purple. Nose is promising: just ripe berries, five spice, wet greenery and just-right volatile acidity. Unfortunately, the finish is so mousey it renders the wine barely drinkable, although I’m sure some would love it. For me it’s a mess of beef broth and animal crackers.

Opera of raspberries. Had different experiences with this cuvée in the past, but this one was singing out loud! Poured by Sébastien himself in the cellar while he was still pressing the just harvested new vintage of Raudonas. He even took the time to put a fantastic plate of charcuterie on the table. Straight up hero!

A real hipster Pinot from the Loire. Not one I love. Quite carbonic and that overwhelms the fruit a decent bit, to the point where this is not that enjoyable. No sense of tradition as a result of trying to be overly hipster in my view.
