Ripe, with lots of texture and good supporting acidity. A little bit of oxidation that gives it lots of interest. Loved this with food.

A real eye opener of a wine and not your typical Sancerre. I’m sure some would call this natural wine flawed but the skin contact and blend of some botrytis affected grapes give it a whole new dimension. Dry, but a certain volume and a hint of sweetness on the nose. Serve chilled but let it warm up a bit in the glass. Mesmerizing! Paired well with spicy Korean food.
