An interesting nose of florals and cantaloupe provides little hint of a complex pallet of apple, sea spray, and light popcorn. The finish is lightly spiced and very lengthy. Overall, a nice chard that easily cut through summer burgers, while demanding appropriate attention to the pallet. Yum!
