Top Notes For
Rich, juicy, with a beautiful straw almost golden color in the glass. Pineapple, mango, minerality, medium+ acidity. I poured one glass out of this to enjoy tonight, I think it could be more enjoyable tomorrow. I’ll update my review. Update: the wine is even better the next day, more earth-like minerality with a focus on the fruit that is much clearer. This would be a great wine with 5-7+ years under its vintage.

Feb 28th, 2016Yellow color, very subtle citrus on the nose though not particularly fragrant. Lightly oaked, average acidity, dry, hints of tree fruit but not by any means juicy, nice mineral finish. Not particularly noteworthy but nevertheless a solid, well balanced, table white.
