Concentrated nose, smells sappy woth a light spice of wood, potent florals, yellow apple and cantaloupe, very pure rainwater mineral note. Palate is pure and and thick, quite viscous, coats the mouth. Very luscious. Soft and supple, very milky acidity, nice minerality and melon/apple palate, very creamy texture but no taste of oak. Pure, velvety and voluptuous, dujac style with thankfully little oak. Good! 2011 vintage.
