Les Folatieres Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

I hadn’t had much experience with Dujac whites but this was stunning. Wide open, not overtly reductive, just so giving with deep yellow fruit intensity layered in minerality, bread dough and exotic spice. The palate is rich, concentrated and voluminous with racy citrusy acids, laser focus and superb length. Such a killer vintage for white burgundy ✨

Rich lean and mineral - balanced with ripe orchard fruit. Chantilly cream and lemon spice.

Yes. And more please. This is gorgeous. Too young but hell, we enjoyed it anyway. So hard to find in Aus. Gorgeous balance. Super fine length. But it's the power of flavour that did it for us.

Superlean really tasty very interesting clearly picked very early on the label says 13% very unique wine.
