Beautiful right out of the bottle and the perfect time to drink.

Actually Domaine Dujac. Very pure and chambollish. The whole cluster fermentation comes through big time. Tastes well above grade. Above village.

Black cherry & strawberry, mineral, floral, dried herbs & spice. This is a nice example of Chambolle from Dujac drinking far better than its Village status. Love it's purity and mineral finish.

This was drinking great, more like Premier Cru than a Village.

Fantastic French Pinot. Smooth '08 right out of the bottle. Light in color and body. Enjoyed while sitting outside by the fire. Impressive wine.

Intense tannins upon opening, but also inviting aromatics. As it opened, it gave way to classic Burg, the tannins resolving to yield finesse. The oak is now nicely integrated, giving some tar & toast. Delicate, intricate. Lace-like. Drink now or in a few years. A guilty pleasure.
