Young and beautiful. Next time, a light decant would be nice.

Very complex, ever changing, plums, graphite, soy sauce, tannic, a bit on the ripe side with some bourbon barrel notes and raisins, never the less very good after opening up

Well balanced among fruit, earth and acid. Not a high octane cdp. Delicious

Either 2 more hrs of decanting or 2 more years before drinking.

Very tight after a pop, splash and pour. It did open more and showed some typical Grenache notes and some of the gravelly minerality. That said, all these flavors seemed muted and the alcohol was pretty apparent. Was a bit disappointed and hope this was just a dumb phase or an off bottle.

Red fruit, mineral, anise and good grip. These will hold for a long while.

Kirsch, licorice and cherry liquor all present. Still with significant tannins and acidity so I am guessing this has a long life ahead.
