Top Notes For
This is my first experience with Bruilly. A wonderful Gamay with raspberry, oak and vanilla. It is surprisingly well developed for a 2016 vintage. It’s medium bodied and paired well with the steak-frite in Paris we paired it with. I’m not sure on how ageable these wines are. But at only 12.5% alcohol it seems like it could be put up and become something truly great.
