Dark dress, ruby, cloudy (unfiltered, unglued). Soft mouth, beautiful smoothness. The power of the sun's wines (15 ABV). Black plum fruits, prunes, almost candied. Graphite, licorice, tapenade, pepper, anise. Aging: cedar, light tobacco. Evolution notes tar, undergrowth. Can age 5/10 years.
Robe sombre, rubis, trouble (non filtré, non collé). Bouche souple, belle onctuosité. La puissance des vins du soleil (15 degrés). Fruits noirs prune, pruneaux, presque confits. Graphite, réglisse, tapenade, poivre, anis Élevage, cèdre, tabac léger. Notes d’évolution goudron, sous-bois. Peut vieillir 5/10 ans.

Intermediate Cuvée. Typical blend of the appellation with the Grenache forward, then Syrah, Mourvèdre etc. The dress is dark typical of southern wines. The nose makes black fruit primary notes and roasted aging coexist in a classic way. The final is promising but the alcohol and acidity of the attack and the body are still a little prominent. To taste in a few years.
Cuvée intermédiaire. Assemblage typique de l’appellation avec la Grenache en avant, puis Syrah, Mourvèdre etc. La robe est sombre typique des vins du sud. Le nez fait cohabiter de manière classique notes primaires fruits noirs et élevage torréfié. La finale est prometteuse mais l’alcool et l’acidité de l’attaque et du corps sont encore un peu proéminents. A regoûter dans quelques années.

Dr. Pepper, cloves. Much more approachable on day two. A nice, rustic, hearty cold weather wine.
